“ My wife and I were actually working with a dealer/ salesman from San Antonio. Went to Bert Ogden with a primary purpose of driving a couple models of Subaru’s. We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter that fit our budget. Salesman Jose got us into a couple of models for test drives. He was informative and polite. After test drives we communicated with both Jose and Michael (Sales Manager) what we were trying to accomplish. We told them we are working with another dealership. They offered us a better deal... but didn’t have a model in the color that we wanted. Michael found one and was able to get vehicle delivered the following day.
